Heartbreakers 18U Elite Blows Out MOV Pride Elite 18U Thanks to Big Fifth Inning

Heartbreakers 18U Elite scored four runs in the fifth on its way to a 7-1 victory over MOV Pride Elite 18U on Saturday. The Heartbreakers offense in the inning was led by Ryleigh Bolyard, Mel Firestone, and Braidan Wastler, all driving in runs in the inning.

Lindsey Windsor took the win for the Heartbreakers. She allowed seven hits and one run over five innings, striking out three and walking one.
Bella Savilla led things off in the pitcher’s circle for MOV Pride Elite 18U. She allowed 12 hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out three and walking one.

The Heartbreakers tallied one home run on the day. Ryleigh Bolyard had a four bagger in the fifth inning.

Heartbreakers 18U Elite racked up 12 hits on the day. Alex Karamihas, Victoria McClain, Firestone, and Kassidy Tobery each managed multiple hits for the Heartbreakers. Karamihas led Heartbreakers 18U Elite with three hits in three at bats. The Heartbreakers were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Karamihas had the most chances in the field with nine.
