Heartbreakers 18U Elite Clinches Lead In Fourth Inning To Defeat Lady Renegades 18u

Heartbreakers 18U Elite ran off with the lead late in the game in a 10-4 victory over Lady Renegades 18u on Saturday. The game was tied at four with the Heartbreakers batting in the bottom of the fourth when Braidan Wastler singled on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs.

The Heartbreakers earned the victory despite allowing Lady Renegades 18u to score three runs in the third inning. Lady Renegades 18u big bats were led by Johnson and Denison, all driving in runs in the inning.

Victoria McClain led the Heartbreakers to victory in the pitcher’s circle. She lasted four innings, allowing one hit and four runs while striking out five.
Z Cummings took the loss for Lady Renegades 18u. She lasted four innings, allowing six hits and ten runs.
